He provides the strategic leadership and overall direction of the firm, driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring the firm's continued sustainability, reputation and market positioning.

As Acting Principal Consultant, Mogakolodi leads the firm's consulting and advisory engagements across the public and private sectors. He provides technical leadership, oversees project delivery, mentors consulting teams, and works closely with clients to define, manage and deliver agreed project outcomes. He ensures that engagements are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work, within agreed timeframes, and to the highest standards of quality, professionalism and client satisfaction.
