Mogakolodi Sebeelo is the Founder and Managing Director of Mose Consulting and currently serves as the Acting Principal Consultant. With over 20 years of extensive experience in governance, risk management, assurance, compliance, and business continuity, he is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in designing and implementing advanced risk management frameworks, compliance strategies, maturity models, and combined assurance models that enable organisations to strengthen governance and build resilience. Mogakolodi began his career in internal auditing, specialising in compliance and risk-based audit assignments, before progressing into broader risk and compliance leadership roles. He has gained extensive cross-sector experience across industries including water, transport and rail, energy, mining, and agriculture, among others. In his leadership role as Acting Principal Consultant, he provides strategic direction and guidance to consulting teams, ensuring that client engagements are delivered professionally, consistently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence continue to drive value for clients and support the successful delivery of complex consulting assignments.
